Every day, people send more than 2.4 billion messages with emojis on Messenger, according to Facebook.
Emojis, a small digital image or icon used to express an idea or emotion, add color and vibrancy to discussions, and users rely on them to say what words can’t say.
However, have you ever wondered what sounds emojis can make? Facebook presents Messenger’s latest expression tool: soundmojis.
Facebook says soundmojis are next-level emoji that allow users to send short sound clips in a messaging chat, ranging from applause, crickets, drumbeats and evil laughs, to audio clips from favorite artists. from fans like Rebecca Black to favorite TV shows and movies like Universal Pictures’ F9, Brooklyn nine-nine, and Netflix Bridgerton.
Facebook is also launching soundmojis in time for World Emoji Day on July 17th.
