Labor MP Brian Mitchell posts on boobies and balls
Social media posts by a Tasmanian MP revealed he said a colleague was into ‘crazy massage’ and said he would ‘gargle balls’ for an iPad.
A Labor MP from Tasmania, Brian Mitchell, suggested that a Labor leader, Ed Husic, was a fan of ‘crazy massage’ on a Facebook post and said on social media that he was ‘ready to gargle his balls for money” to get an Ipad2.
In a 2011 post, he responds to Labor leader Ed Husic proposing new benefits for families and pensioners in the Mount Druitt Standard.
The story is accompanied by an image of Mr Husic gesturing with his hands as he explains the policy.
‘Leading MP describes new benefits of… mad massage,’ Mr Mitchell writes.

In another Twitter post, Mr. Mitchell explained on March 3, 2011 that he is very keen on getting an iPad2 and would do just about anything to get one.
“I’m going to gargle my balls for money to buy an Ipad2,” he wrote.
In another post, he jokes that he would support bombing News Corp, the publisher of news.com.au and Sussex Street, the headquarters of the NSW ALP.
When news.com.au called Mr Mitchell for a comment at 12.31pm today, he revealed he was unwell and would look into the matter.
About an hour later, the MP deleted his Twitter account, which has now removed his posts from the social media website.
The MP for Lyon is a former journalist, political staffer and director of Hungry Jacks who was elected to the seat six years ago.
It was his Facebook posts while a media consultant in the years leading up to his political rise that came to haunt him.
Five years ago, Mr Mitchell apologized after calling an ABC reporter a ‘worm’ after Lateline reporter Matt Wordsworth asked Labor MP Justine Keay about her citizenship.
“Go do your research, maggot! said Mr. Mitchell to the Lateline reporter.
The controversy follows news.com.au’s reporting of Liberal candidate Katherine Deves’ deleted Twitter account calling trans teens ‘surgically mutilated’ and suggesting US President Joe Biden suffers from ‘dementia’, claims that have led to the emergence of Mrs. Deves as a national figure.
The Daily Telegraph also reported on Monday that a Labor Senate candidate running in an unwinnable spot called Mich-Elle Myers has deleted her entire Twitter account.
In a series of social media posts in 2013, Ms Myers tweeted: “Jesus was gay! You heard it here first,” the pope was told to “get your head out of your ass! and wrote, “I’ve had enough of the catholic church (sic) and the shit coming out of their mouths.”
