You can now play Heads Up with your friends on Facebook Messenger and Instagram
A FUN interactive game is now available through your Facebook Messenger and Instagram apps and you may have played it before.
Meta has teamed up with Ellen Degeneres to release their hit mobile game Heads Up! to some of its applications.
In a statement, Meta said, âBring the team together and prepare for some friendly but intense competition with your close friends and family: We are teaming up with Ellen DeGeneres to bring her hit mobile game Heads Up! To our new one. AR video calling experience on Messenger and Instagram.
âReinvented with augmented reality (AR), Heads Up! comes to video calling on Instagram and Messenger, making it easy to play even when you can’t get together with your team in person.
âTo begin with, there will be four card packs available: Animals gone wild, It’s so 90’s, Pantry Raid and Act your face. “
If you don’t know how to play, you’ll probably be learning in no time.
The game is a modern take on charades.

This involves a virtual card being placed on a player’s forehead and they must guess what the card is saying.
You have to help them by giving them clues as to what the word is without actually saying it.
The game can be found in the Group Effects section of your Instagram or Messenger app.
Meta said, âTo play Heads Up !, go to your Instagram or Messenger app, start a video call, tap the smiley face to open the effects bar and select Group Effects.
âWe’re going to be activating more map packs with Ellen in 2022, so there will be a lot more Heads Up! Competitions coming up!â
